Obama's Union Leadership
This is a story from the National Right to Work Committee. It is very obvious the level of destruction this administration, under President Obama, Unions are willing to pursue.
Unfortunately, many people will be fearful of these thugs and sign to avoid the harassment and pain of Thuggery. How far will our nation plunge before we look up again and see the light of day?

The business is a staple of the community. The owners know every customer's name. The employees love their jobs.
The company has never broken the law. It's never even been charged.
None of this matters to President Barack Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
The NLRB -- far exceeding its authority -- is now forcing its way into private-sector workplaces nationwide, even if workers don't want to labor under union-boss control and if the company has never been accused of an "unfair labor practice."
Mom and Pop shops, small businesses, larger companies -- even some religiously-affiliated organizations -- are now under the Obama Labor Board's microscope.
The NLRB implemented a new rule this week to require as many as SIX MILLION private-sector employers to post biased notices about the National Labor Relations Act that effectively serve as a roadmap to unionization.
After the outrageous complaint against Boeing and the proposed ambush elections scheme, this latest Obama Labor Board move may be its most pernicious yet.
You see, the NLRB has two chief functions.
First, it administers union certification and decertification elections. Second, it adjudicates cases when workers, employers, or union officials file unfair labor practice charges against either unions or companies.
But now the NLRB has invented out of whole cloth a new unfair labor practice without Congressional approval. No other federal agency has ever made it unlawful to fail to post a notice that wasn't required by Congress.
Any job provider that fails to post the biased notice could find itself forced into a lengthy and costly legal battle.
Mom and Pop can't afford that.
What makes the new rule even more troubling is that anyone can file the unfair labor practice charge -- not just the company's employees.
The new rule hands aggressive union organizers another weapon in so-called "corporate campaigns" in which they drag a business through the mud in the media with frivolous accusations of employer misconduct.
Union bosses only back off after the business agrees to throw its employees under the bus and let the union launch an abusive "card check" organizing campaign.
This "top-down" union organizing strategy frequently involves a team of union agents showing up at workers' homes and browbeating them with misleading statements, outright lies, and even intimidation until the worker agrees to sign a so-called "union authorization card" instead of a secret-ballot election.
Meanwhile, experts believe the NLRB is scheming to impose card check "neutrality agreements" on businesses found to have committed labor law violations.
Media reports in the Boeing case revealed that the NLRB's Acting General Counsel tried to force Boeing into a settlement to let union officials gain monopoly bargaining power over employees through card check.
This latest power grab is yet more evidence of its desperate desire to pay off Big Labor before the next election, and it's an invitation to Big Labor to run card check campaigns everywhere in America.

The Truth About Our Nation
Tennessee FootballThis is a statement that was read over the PA system at the football game at Roane County High School ,Kingston , Tennessee by school Principal, Jody McLeod.
"It has always been the custom at Roane County High School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honor God and Country.."
Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and call it "an alternate life style," and if someone is offended, that's OK.
I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing condoms and calling it, "safe sex." If someone is offended, that's OK.
I can even use this public facility to present the merits of killing an unborn baby as a "viable" means of birth control." If someone is offended, no problem...
I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess "Mother Earth" and call it "ecology.."
I can use literature, videos and presentations in the classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as "simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it "enlightenment.."
However, if anyone uses this facility to honor GOD and to ask HIM to Bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case Law is violated.
This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst, diabolical.
Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone, except GOD and HIS Commandments.
Nevertheless, as a school principal, I frequently ask staff and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical. I suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to add an intentional transgression.
For this reason, I shall "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's," and refrain from praying at this time.
" However, if you feel inspired to honor, praise and thank GOD and ask HIM, in the name of JESUS, to Bless this event, please feel free to do so.. As far as I know, that's not against the law----yet."
One by one, the people in the stands bowed their heads, held hands with one another and began to pray.
They prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles. They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box!
The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of the United States of America- the Seat of "Justice" in the "one nation, under GOD."
Somehow, Kingston , Tennessee Remembered what so many have forgotten. We are given the Freedom OF Religion, not the Freedom FROM Religion. Praise GOD that HIS remnant remains!

A Lovely Letter From The First Lady
Dear American Taxpayer
For only the second time in my adult life, I am not ashamed of my country. I want to thank the hard working American people for paying $242 thousand dollars for my vacation in Spain .
My daughter Sasha, several long-time family friends, my personal staff and various guests had a wonderful time. Honestly, you just haven’t lived until you have stayed in a $2,500..00 per night private 3-story villa at a 5-Star luxury hotel.
Thank you also for the use of Air Force Two and the 70 Secret Service personnel who tagged along to be sure we were safe and cared for at all times. By the way, if you happen to be visiting the Costa del Sol, I highly recommend the Buenaventura Plaza restaurant in Marbella ; great lobster with rice and oysters! I’m ashamed to admit the lobsters we ate in Martha’s Vineyard were not quite as tasty, but what can you do if you’re not in Europe , you have to just grin and bear it?
Air Force Two (which costs $11,351 per hour to operate according to Government Accounting Office reports) only used 47,500 gallons of jet fuel for this trip and carbon emissions were a mere 1,031 tons of CO2. These are only rough estimates, but they are close. That’s quite a carbon footprint as my good friend Al Gore would say, so we must ask the American citizens to drive smaller, more fuel efficient cars and drive less too, so we can lessen our combined carbon footprint.
I know times are hard and millions of you are struggling to put food on the table and trying to make ends meet. So I do appreciate your sacrifices and do hope you find work soon.
I was really exhausted after Barack took our family on a luxury vacation in Maine a few weeks ago. I just had to get away for a few days.

P.SSS. Oh, I almost forgot to say thanks also for our two-week trip to Hawaii at Christmas. That 7,000 square foot house was great!

The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough, a lot of people swallow this BULL.
So once more, a short civics lesson.
Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.
For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.

Debt Ceiling Negotiations
We have all heard the saying "the devil is in the details", well that seems to be the truth here. The Democrats and Mr. Obama are trying to make the Republicans look like the bad guys, especially those who are part of the tea party movement. The Dems in the House and Senate yesterday could be heard across Washington saying that the Tea Party Republicans were holding the people of America "hostage". Now they are calling us terrorists.
This is absolutely blasphemous. The democrats are the ones who have held the budget hostage for more than 800 days, yes, that is more than two years. Yet they berate the Republicans for trying to save this country from the continued destructive direction we are headed. We all know that Washington has a spending problem. They like to spend too much of our hard earned money and then they want more. When will they reach the point of no return? Meaning, when will it become so obvious tat there is no more money for them to spend/ You can only tax so much, are they going to confiscate 100% of the money from the "rich?" Look what has happened in the past when nations began to re=distribute the wealth. The USSR (no longer a nation) took the wealth and began to re=distribute until the people that they swore to help were in worse poverty than before.The same has happened to every socialist nation or communist nation through out history. But still, we run head first toward that very destruction. Why?
Well the answer to that is very simple. When man thinks he is more important than God and more capable of running this world than He, there is gong to be trouble. God set the standard when He said "you will have no other god's but Me." However, the elitists of this world will claim there is no God and that man has the ability to rule himself and others who are to stupid to rule themselves. Who are the stupid to these people? Those of us who believe in God! We are ridiculed and laughed at and oppressed by the tyranny of so called government. The leaders of government believe they are god and that we should all bow down to them because they will make sure we have everything we need. No need for personal responsibility the government will be responsible for you and your decisions. don't worry about anything, just give us complete control over the choices of your life and everything will be just fine. This is nothing new, it started way back when Adam and Eve decided that they wanted to be just like God.
so your kids come home from school and say we talked about creationism in science today? NO! Government schools give no room for honest debate they simply take the theory of evolution and deem It truth so they don't have to deal with God. Out of sight, out of mind.
So here we are, in a situation that has put the freedoms of this country in jeopardy. You want freedom and yet you take government handouts. I am not talking about Social Security and Medicare, but I am talking about all the socialist programs that have caused people to lose their dreams and ambitions. Where are the dreamers, the inventors, the go getter's, who built this country on hard work and opportunity? Where are the people who explore and create? Where are the winners? They are left in the dust by a society that has put God away and said that only the "well educated elite" can have anything. If you believe in God you are ignorant and incapable of moving up in this world. I think that is what is holding the people of America hostage today. We are not allowed to think anymore. We have to accept as truth whatever the government and the schools tell us. We are to stupid to know the truth.
Well I am tired of being oppressed by this government and it's left wing schools and the unions that steal from the members to fund more of the progressive agenda that continues to teach our children that the government is god and they can only survive by being followers. STAND UP AMERICA AND FIGHT BACK!!! Especially those of you who call yourselves followers of Christ. Take back what is rightfully God's and take back your dignity.
